Zap2Doc Business Pricing: How Quantity Discounts Work
15% off from 10 conversations and 25% off from 50, counted per payment. No subscription and no minimum.
Zap2Doc Business has no subscription, no monthly fee and no minimum. You pay per conversation when you convert it, at the same price as on the main site. What Business adds is a quantity discount, and how you group your payments determines what you pay.

The discount is per payment, not per batch #

A batch is where you upload and review conversations. A payment is the set of conversations you select and pay for together. Only the payment counts toward the discount. If you upload 50 conversations and pay for 10 today, that payment gets 15%. If you pay for 5 today and 5 tomorrow, neither payment gets a discount.
Each payment is counted on its own. There is no monthly total and no purchase history that raises or lowers your discount. If you bought 3 conversations last week and pay for 50 today, all 50 get 25% off.
How audio affects the price #
Each conversation has two transcription options:
- Standard transcribes up to 120 minutes of audio. This is the base price.
- Full transcribes all of the audio. The price increases in steps based on the audio’s length, which is measured at upload and shown for each conversation on the review screen. Up to 120 minutes, Full costs the same as Standard.
The quantity discount applies to both options, and you can mix them in one payment. Eight short conversations on Standard plus two long ones on Full count as 10 conversations, and each gets 15% off. Audio minutes apply per conversation and cannot be shared between conversations.
How to pay less #
- Pay once for everything that is ready. If more conversations are coming, keep them in the batch and pay for all of them together. A batch stays open for 3 days after the last upload.
- Check the audio length of long conversations. The audio column shows each conversation’s length before you pay. That is where the price of a conversation can go up.
The review screen shows the subtotal, discount and total before you pay. The total shown is the amount charged.

- One PDF per conversation, with photos in place and voice notes transcribed where they were sent.
- Downloads available for 7 days, one conversation at a time or all together in a
.zip. - Card payment.
