Why we built Zap2Doc

Sam Rodrigues

Sam Rodrigues

Founder, Zap2Doc

"I took my laptop to a repair shop and what should have been a simple fix turned into a nightmare — they charged for parts they never replaced and the problem only got worse. The entire negotiation had been on WhatsApp: quotes, deadlines, promises. Dozens of text and voice messages. When I decided to take legal action, my lawyer asked for the complete history, organized, with audio transcribed. I looked at the chat and realized it would take hours to do by hand. So I built a tool to do it in minutes. That's how Zap2Doc was born."
