Zap2Doc converts WhatsApp chat exports (.zip) into organized PDF documents with automatic audio transcription.

2. Usage

• You must have the right to export and process the conversations you upload
• The service is for personal and professional document organization
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Zap2Doc

3. Pricing and payment

• Single payment per conversion — no subscription
• The price displayed at the time of purchase is the final price
• Payment via Stripe (USD) or Mercado Pago (BRL)

4. Document output

• The generated document organizes your conversation chronologically with transcribed audio
• Zap2Doc does not guarantee the accuracy of automatic audio transcriptions
• The output is a document organization tool — we make no claims about its suitability for any specific legal or regulatory purpose

5. Liability

• The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind
• We are not responsible for the content of conversations you upload
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the conversion

6. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
