1. What we collect

• The .zip file you upload (your WhatsApp export)
• Your email address — to send the download link
• Basic analytics data via Google Analytics (pages visited, device type, country)

2. How we use your data

• Your .zip file is processed to generate your PDF document
• Audio messages are sent to OpenAI's Whisper API for automatic transcription
• Your email is used solely to send the document download link
• Analytics data helps us understand how the service is used and improve it

3. Data storage and deletion

• Your .zip file is deleted immediately after processing
• The generated PDF is available for 7 days, then automatically deleted
• Preview files are deleted after payment
• We do not read, store, or share the content of your conversations
• Email addresses are kept only for order fulfillment

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or Mercado Pago (Pix, card). We never see or store any card information — everything is handled directly by the payment provider.

5. Cookies

We use Google Analytics (GA4) for anonymous usage statistics. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

6. Third-party services

• Cloudflare R2 — temporary file storage
• OpenAI Whisper — audio transcription
• Stripe / Mercado Pago — payment processing
• Brevo — transactional email delivery
• Google Analytics — site usage analytics
